DH Land purchased a site with existing planning permission for 5 dwellings at Grange Farm, Rainton.
The site comprised of a variety of old and new agricultural buildings with permission for two traditional barn conversions and three new dwellings.
DH Land submitted and had approved new plans and access details for these five dwellings. The three new build plots were sold to JWK Developments who completed and sold these new dwellings. One of the barn conversions was sold to owner occupiers who completed the conversion works themselves and the last barn conversion was completed by DH Land and sold to new owners.
