DH Land secured outline planning permission in July 2016 on a smaller part of this site for 28 dwellings, and in July 2017 for 72 dwellings on this 10.8 acre site. As well as providing 29 affordable homes, this scheme also provided a much-needed 35 space car park for the adjoining village primary school.
The site was sold in 2018 to Strata Homes.
